Ten Hag Discusses Man United’s Development Ahead Of West Ham Clash

Man United Manager Erik Ten Hag Issued A Warning To Ferguson's Favorite After Ending The Club's Trophy Drought

Erik ten Hag discussed Manchester United’s development just before the game against West Ham in Old Trafford this weekend..

United are 6th in the Premier League table, one point outside of the top four, and also secured promotion in the Europa League with a 3 – 0 victory over Sheriff Tiraspol on Thursday night.

The Red Devils have won seven games across all competitions, which includes three games against Newcastle, Chelsea and Tottenham – 3 teams above Ten Hag’s team in the Premier League table..

United have displayed positive signs in recent months and 10 Hag thinks there have been good things from recent performances. The 52 – year – old is conscious of the expectations but insists it is going to take time before his techniques are embedded into the squad.

“It takes time to develop the team. You can not go from 0 to 100. “you have to build it from the ground up, you require development prior to going towards the top part, to the roof,” 10 Hag said at a press conference Wednesday morning.

“Unfortunately it takes some time and I do not have time, I am actually the most impatient, though I’ve to, it is very clear. Now I think we are better at defending 11.

“The players are becoming more aware that we must do it with 11,” he said. I think our build up is also improving from game to game. Now we need to work on improving our attacking game, which is the hardest part, and so it will take a lot more time.

You can not raise the speed of that process. I would like it but we’ve to spend some time for it..
