
According to Relevo, Manchester United are negotiating a January transfer for PSV Eindhoven forward Cody Gakpo.
This season, the Netherlands international has been in excellent form for PSV, tallying 13 goals and 17 assists in 24 appearances.
He has also performed admirably for the Dutch. He has been a revelation at the World Cup, scoring in each of the three group stage games.
United has been persuaded to sign him during the January transfer window due to his recent form. They are prepared to support manager Erik ten Hag.
PSV were hoping for around £30 million plus £13 million in add-ons in the summer, but are now expected to demand £43 million upfront for his signature.
