Kudus revealed recently that he was “really close” to joining Everton during the summer transfer window..

So, if I’m not seeing the results I want, why not try something else?
“I had a conversation with [Frank] Lampard. I spoke with him about the project they had in mind for me, what he thought of me, and how he saw me as a player, because that would undoubtedly be the green light for me to decide whether or not to move. There is nothing without the coach.”
